Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
14 oz. can Chicken Broth10 oz. can Enchilada Sauce30 oz. Diced Tomatoes2 1/2 c. Chicken, diced1 tsp. Minced Garlic1 tsp. Cumin1 tsp. Cilantro1 tsp. Chili Powder1/4 tsp. Pepper1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper1 medium onion, sliced10 oz. frozen corn2 c. water
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a 5 1/2 qt. crockpot. Cook 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high. Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
