1 tbsp of Mayo Mix 57.5 to each slice of whole wheat bread,2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread,1 bunch of Romaine/Spinach Mix 6 to each slice.
Mix 10 tbsp of canola mayonaise, 10 tbsp of fat free Ranch dressing, 10 squirts of hot sauce, 1 tbsp of garlic pepper, and 4 cans of tuna. Then chop up and add 2 boiled eggs, 2 cans of Herring Fillet,1 avocado, 4 Vlasic Zesty Dill pickles, 4 roma tomatoes, 1 cup of diced onions, 1 [12.5 oz] can of white chicken breast. Mix & spread unto 100% whole wheat bread. Add romaine lettuce to each sandwich.
