1 cup of nonfat cottage cheese, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds [unsalted], 1 tomatoe,1 bunch of Romaine/Spinach Mix 6,5 whole wheat crackers.
Directions
2 cups of nonfat cottage cheese, 12 tbsp of sunflower seeds [unsalted], 6 tomatoes, & 1 [12.5 oz] can of white chicken breast. Add 5 wheat crackers & spinach to each serving. Makes 6 [304 cal] servings.
