Pork Chops with sweet potatoes and pears

1 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp whole wheat flour1 tsp curry powder1 pound lean thin pork chops15 oz canned yams, drained15 oz canned pears, reserve 1/2 C juice1/2 tsp thyme1/8 tsp pepper
In a large skillet, heat the oil.
Mix flour, curry and pepper together in a pie pan. Dredge each pork chop in flour mixture and add to the skillet. Saute for 3 minutes on each side.
Add pears and y ams to pork. Mix in pear juice, thme, pepper and salt (to taste). Cook 10-15 minutes longer on low until pork is cooked through.
