Blueberries and Cream Cupcakes

Ingredients
# *Coconut Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)# Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)# Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp (remove)# Egg, fresh, 3 medium (remove)# *Palm Sugar (1 cup), 0.25 cup (remove)# Butter, salted, 0.25 cup (remove)# Olive Oil, 0.25 cup (remove)# Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)# Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Put into muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees C for 20mins or until done.

Makes 9 cupcakes.
