1 Box Spice Cake or Carrot Cake Mix (Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake used in nutrition data)1 15 oz can Pumpkin (Farmer's Market Organic used in nutrition data)1 egg1/2 C ground Flax seed1/2 C water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin tins. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Evenly divide batter into 24 muffin cups. Bake for 18-22 minutes until done.
