Scrambled Egg Muffins

1/3 lb. Gimme Lean Ground Sausage3 cups egg substitute1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green pepper1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 cup shredded reduced-fact cheddar cheese
1. In a skillet, brown sausage. Drain.
2. In a bowl, pour the egg substitute.
3. Add onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg substitute and blend well. Stir in sausage.
4. Spoon by 1/3-cupfuls into greased muffin cups.
5. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until knife inserted near centers comes out clean.
