4 cups each thick slices Zucchini & Yellow Squash or (4 small) Spike All Purpose All Natural Seasoning, 0.25 tsp I cant believe its not butter lite, 1 tbspGarlic, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped crushed red pepper flakes, .25 tsp
Directions
saute all ingredients in butter substitute 10 minutes
or until onions tender
season to taste
