Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats2 ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened1/4 cup raisins1/4 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients
Pat into baking dish
Bake 30 minutes

    Yum, I made this today and I really love it. My recipe said to cut it into 8 servings but they are too big. I cut them into 12 and was already to enter it here but you beat me to it! Thanks so much!! What a great treat! I use half currants and half chopped dates. Think I might add some cocoa powder - 12/16/11

    I used 4 bananas, chopped apple rather than applesauce, added 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds & nutmeg. Plan to make often for several days' breakfast or guilt free dessert/snack. - 10/10/14
