Ingredients
2 Boxes Elbow Macaroni, cooked2 lbs Lean (90/10) ground beef, browned2 Pks (10-16oz) Mixed Frozen Vegetables or Frozen Vegetables of your choice1/4 pks Velveta cheese, cubed2 cans tomato soup
Directions
After browning the beef and cooking the noodles, mix all ingredients together in large bowl. After mixing well, our into two 9x13 baking pans, cover with foil, and place in oven at 350 for approximately 30 minutes (or until cheese is bubbly). This can be frozen before or after baking and stored in the freezer for later use. Can be reheated in the microwave.
