Southwest Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground turkey1 cup corn kernels, cooked1/4 cup soft bread crumbs2 green onions chopped1 Tblsp. dried parsley or 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Crumble turkey into a medium bowl. Mix in green onions, corn, parsley, bread crumbs and egg white. With wet hands or a burger maker, form into 6 patties about 3/4 inch thick. Grill (or saute in a little oil) over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-6 minutes on each side. Cut english cucumber in long, wide strips. Place lettuce leaf on bottom half of bun, top with a patty and a dollop of salsa.
