Nice hearty meal on a chilly day. I added italian spice and celery to the recipe. Back in high school, we used to call this "garbage soup", not in a bad way, but as a way to clean out all the leftovers in the frig and turn into a yummy soup! Excellent! - 9/28/07

I have also made something similar, but I added 1/2 pound Velveta Light, cut in cubes for Cheeseburger soup. It is EXCELLENT. - 9/6/07

I have made something similar to this for a big family. Fry hamburger and drain, add lots of fresh diced onions, garlic, celery,Worchestershire Sauce , salt and pepper , green chilies, frozen mixed veggies, canned diced tomatoes, peeled diced potatos, water/broth +tomato soup. all to taste. - 9/5/07
