Ingredients
1 slice, Turkey Breast or 1/2 C. cooked turkey breast; shredded.1 Low Fat, Mozzarella Cheese Stick.1/2 C. Cooked/Cooled, Spinach or Fresh.1/4 tsp. Honey Mustard.Dash Nutmeg.1 Mission Low Carb Tortilla.
Directions
Place Tortilla onto a clean plate, spread the Mustard across the surface of the tortilla, layer remaining ingredients evenly across it and roll or fold Burrito style until closed.

Place in a Bag or Air Tight container and chill for 1-2 hrs. and serve.

    I saw this elsewhere on line without the tortilla listed as just 40 calories. It was delicious, but I think it was suppose to be 140 calories from how I figured it, without the tortilla. I LOVE the recipe that way, and find it a filling lunch, or add some butternut squash fries as a side for dinner - 2/18/11
