Salmon and noodle mornay

Ingredients
23g margarine23g wholemeal flour1cup nonfat milk60g grated light cheddar210g tin pink salmonbreadcrumbslittle extra grated cheese100g noodles (I use vegeroni spirals)
Directions
Cook noodles, drain and set aside. Melt margarine in saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Add milk slowly and return to heat. Cook gently, stirring all the time until sauce begins to thicken. Add cheese and continue to stir until sauce is thick and smooth. Add flaked salmon and mix well. Pour noodles into greased ovenproof dish. Pour salmon mixture on top, cover with breadcrumbd and little extra cheese. Brown in moderate oven (180-200 C) for 15 minutes.
