Polenta

Ingredients
9 cups water2 tbs. salt2 cups coarsely ground cornmeal1 cup finely ground cornmeal
Directions
Mix corn meals thoroughly.
Bring water to a boil.
Add salt and bring back to a simmer.
Add cornmeal in thin streams until all cornmeal is incorporated.
Stir constantly until polenta pulls away cleanly from side of pan.
Pour polenta onto a greased pizza pan and shape into a wheel.
Let cool.
SLice and then bake, grill, or fry polenta to serve with pasta sauce, grilled veggies, or grilled meats.
