L's Piping Hot Chicken & Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
Directions
The chilles should be very hot, e.g. manzeno chilles and need to use approx 75-100g
- chop all the veg in one blender and all the spices/herbs/oil in another
- add the spice mixture to a hot pan with a little oil and then add stripped pieces of chicken (use scissors to cut the chicken strips straight into the pan to save time)
- add the veggies and give it a good mix in
- now add the chickpeas, cocnut oil and tinned toms and bring to the boil, then simmer for approx 20mins until reduced/thicker
Serve with some seasoned rice
