Orange Masoor dal (Orange lentil dal)

Ingredients
1 cup orange masoor dal washed thoroughly3 fat garlic cloves chopped coarsely2-3 green chillies sliced1 t cumin seed1 t mustard seedasafetida1 t turmericsaltsugar 1/4 tcurry leaves - 1 spriglemon juice - dashcoriander leaves
Directions
boil dal in 3 cups water, some hing, some turmeric, salt and sugar in a pressure cooker. for 10 -15 min till completely soft
heat oil in a pan for 5 min
add cumin seed, mustard seed let crackle nicely.but dont burn.
add hing, curry leaves
add turmeric, garlic, green chilli
saute 2-3 min till garlic turns golden and fragrant
add to dal.
give the dal a rolling boil, add more water if required.
add lemon juice and coriander leaves
