Gramma's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2c. Smart Balance (butter)1c. sugar2 eggs3 mashed bananas (preferably black, if you have bananas that have gone bad, use them.)3 tbs. Daisy Light Sour Cream1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt2c. flour
Directions
Cream butter & sugar, add ingredients in order given. Optional: add walnuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes about 16 slices (1/2 inch slices). Good as a snack, with coffee, or as a dessert. One of my favorites.
