Wonderful recipe. I used chili powder instead of cayenne pepper and it worked great. This will be a regular for me! - 3/23/11

Am I crazy or does the picture show beef strips? Because the recipe calls for ground beef! Is this picture really of this recipe? And what is HCG? - 6/18/13

Subbed in chicken breasts for beef and left out the onion powder bc I didn't have any. Still very good. Best meal I've had in p2! - 2/6/13

Yum! I used 93% lean ground turkey (1 lb - dinner for me + hubbie & plenty of leftovers for lunch). I put salsa on the romaine lettuce leaves before adding the meat. Will definitely make again. - 4/30/15

I made this tonight and loved it! I cooked my premeasured HCG p2 separate by following the recipe and then made the same thing using a lb. of lean ground beef for my family. I added a dash of Worcestershire and ketchup. I mixed some Southwestern Seasoning mix with ranch to drizzle on top of theirs. - 1/25/12

I have not made the recipe, sounds good. Wanted to say that HCG is human chorionic gonadotropin which is a hormone released by a woman in pregnancy. HCG diet is controversial but claims to promote weight loss. Has been discussed on Dr. Oz. p2 mentioned in a comment or two is the phase 2 of this diet - 4/29/15

Very nice, tasty and simple to prepare, wont take you a long time and you can play around and add sour cream and salsa to eat it with. Super convenient with low calories. Recommended. - 1/15/13
