Turkey and "dumplings"

8 cups fat-free chicken broth2 cups large egg noodles,3 cups turkey meat, 1 Can fat-free evaporated milk,1/3 cup whole wheat flour1 onion, chopped1 c celery, chopped
Saute onions and celery until translucent.
Bring chicken broth to boil, prepare egg noodles. When noodles are half done, add turkey, onions and celery. Bring back to boil. While waiting for boil, mix evaporated milk and flour in separate bowl. Once chicken mixture is boiling, stir in milk and flour. Return to boil. Reduce to simmer for 15-20 minutes, until liquid thickens.
Then, let cool, put in fridge, serve next day!
