Coconut Cabbage

Ingredients
1/4 cup water4 tsp salt7 cloves garlic minced2 medium onions chopped1 2/3 cup coconut milk (about 1 can of coconut milk)1 head cabbage chopped
Directions
Place water in pot and simmer onions and garlic
stir in salt
add coconut milk simmer
then add cabbage and cook on low to medium heat until tender.
Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Makes more than enough for 8 servings. You can eat this over rice or with bread.
