4 Cups Flour2 teaspoons Baking Soda1 teaspoon Baking Powder1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves3 Cups Sugar1.5 teaspoons Salt1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon1 teaspoon Allspice1 Can (1.75 cups) Pumpkin1 Cup Oil4 Eggs2/3 Cup cold waterIf allergic to egg whites, substitute eggs with 4 egg yolks + 2 tablespoons Olive Oil & 2 tablespoons water
Mix dry ingredients (sift).
Add oil, water, pumpkin, and blend well.
Add eggs, beat well.
(For bread) Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
(For muffins) Pour into muffin tray(s).
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
