Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey ½ onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 egg ½ cup oatmeal ¼ tsp prepared horseradish sauce 3 Tbsp ketchup, low cal2 Tbsp mustard8 low carb wheat crackers, crushed1 Tbsp beef bullion granules¼ tsp garlic powder1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
Directions
In large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Form into oval loaf on foil lined cookie sheet or place in foil lined loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Drain grease, slice and serve hot or cold.
