Homemade Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 small whote potatoesLowfat milk ButterFage Greek YogurtKosher saltFresh Black pepper, crushed
Directions
Peel potatoes and boil for approx 10 minutes until tender
Drain
Add TBS butter, milk for consistency, salt, pepper, and 2 TBS of Greek Yogurt
Mash with potato masher until the consistency you like
Makes 2 hearty servings, or 3 smaller servings
