Ingredients
Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.5 cupBaking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, .25 tspCinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Ginger, ground, .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.33 cupsPure Pumpkin Puree, 1 cup Egg, 2 largeSour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cupVanilla Extract, 2 tsp Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Directions
Combine wet ingredients in a bowl & mix. Combine dry ingredients in a seperate bowl. Combine wet with dry until ingredients are thoroughly blended.

Pour onto a hot griddle & flip when bubbles appear & the surface is relatively dry.

Makes approximately 18 medium (3 in) pancakes.
