Porto's Cuban Sandwich (no ham)

Ingredients
1 small loaf of cuban bread, mustard, cheese, roasted turkey, roasted pork and pickles.
Directions
slice the bread coat with either mayo or mustard. Layer 1 slice of cheese on each side, next turkey on each side, last one layer of roasted pork in the center. Place sandwich on grill press an grill. Remove after 5 minutes and add pickles.
