Ingredients
9 oz box (16 pieces) barilla no boil lasagna noodles72 oz ragu traditional pasta sauce (any flavor)32 oz lean ground chuck16 oz shredded mazzarella cheese16 oz ricotta cheese1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Brown the hamburger and drain the grease. Add the sauce to the hamburger and let simmer for at least 30 minutes. Assemble the lasagna in a 9x13x3 casserole pan by doing the following.
1- cover bottom of pan with sauce
2- evenly place 4 no boil lasagna noodles
3- cover noodles with sauce
4- use spoon to put small dobs (plum size) with 1/3 of the ricotta cheese
5- scatter 1/4 the mazzarella cheese next
6- sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan next
7- repeat steps 2 thru 6 2 more times
8- then last layer will consist of noodles, sauce, mazzarella, and parmesan.
9- bake in 350 degree oven (uncovered) for 30-45 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted
10- let sit 15 minutes before serving, cutting into 12 equal servings
