1 large egg1 slice bread, mixed-grain1 slice of lean ham6 spinach leaves1 slice swiss cheese
Directions
Boil the egg for 4 min.
Toast the slice of bread. Put spinach leaves, the slice of ham and cheese directly on top of bread. Add the soft boiled egg on top of all the other ingredients.
It is ready to eat! Enjoy!
