Ingredients
6 Egg Whites, Beaten100 Grams Fat Free Cream Cheese4 T. Chopped Green Onions4 T. Chopped Red/Green Peppers
Directions
Beat the egg whites, add the chopped onions/greenpeppers and pour in the pan.

When almost done, cube the low fat cream cheese over the top, turn the fire under the pan on low, and put a lid on the pan so the cheese will melt.

Serve with Fresh Fruit.
