The Martyr's Egg

Ingredients
2 eggs2 slices of lean ham2 tbsp fat free half and half1/2 cp shredded lowfat cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 325
Crack eggs in small oven safe dish. Add 1tbsp of half and half to each side of dish (just outside the yolk of each egg). Layer with ham, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8-10min depending on how you like your eggs. Enjoy!
