Vegan Baked Zucchini Chips

Ingredients
3 Large Zucchini's2 Packs of Shake N' Bake2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast1 TBSP Egg Replacer or Corn Starch2 TBSP Light Italian Dressing
Directions
Slice Zucchini's into 1/4 Inch diagonal slices (Mine made about 40 slices)
Mix the Egg Replacer and Italian Dressing together with a whisk.
Put the Shake N Bake in the bag provided, with the Nutritional Yeast
Lightly brush the slices of Zucchini a few at a time & shake them in the shake n' bake mixture.
Put on a parchment paper lined baking pan, (I needed 2 pans) in a single layer.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with warm marinara sauce.

The serving size is for 1 zucchini chip to simplify life, you just need to add how many exact chips you had to figure it out....
