Ingredients
egg whites (4)feta cheese (1 oz)Turkey slices (2 oz)green onions/chives (2 Tablespoons)tomatoes (1/2 of one medium size mater)non stick cooking spray
Directions
Makes one low carb protein packed breakfast

1. Spray non stick cooking spray in small frying pan
2. Turn burner on medium to medium high
3. crack 4 egg whites and put into pan
4. sprinkle feta, cilantro, onions and turkey and cook till it is no longer runny
5. Use spatula to cut into bite sizes pieces and to put onto a plate
6. Garnish with fresh thin tomatoe slices
