Betty Crocker's Homemade Noodles

Ingredients
1 Large EggSkim Milk, 2 tbspSalt, .1/2 tspFlour, about 1 cupChicken Bouillon Cubes. 6Water 6 cupsTurkey, 6 oz shredded
Directions
Combine beaten egg, milk, and salt. Slowly add enough flour to make a stiff dough (about 1 cup). Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Cut thin 1 /8 inch strips Let dry for 2 hours. Freezable if want to make up ahead of time.

Drop into rapid boiling water w/ bouillon cubes. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Add turkey after sauce thickens.
