1 can (16 oz) pureed pumpkin1/2 cup maple syrup1/2 tsp salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp of ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground cloves1 tsp ground allspice1/2 tsp ground nutmeg3 tbsp. cornstarch1 pkg silken tofu1 gluten free vegan pie crust (i make my own)
Preheat oven to 425
blend pumpin and syrup
add spices and tofu and cornstarch and mix
pour into pie shell
bake for 15 minutes
lower heat to 350 and bake for 60 minutes
chill and serve
