Adirondack Quiche

Ingredients
8 - 10 eggs (you can omit as many yolks as you want)1/2 cup of all purpose flour1 tsp baking powder2 cups of cottage cheese ( took 1 %)2 cans of crab meat (substituted with 340g seafood medley - you could also use fake crab meat)3 cups shredded low fat cheddar 1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Beat the eggs and add cottage cheese keep beating and add flour and baking powder. Add crab meat, cheese and salt.
Spray 9 x 13 glass dish and pour mixture in.
Preheat oven to 400 F and bake quiche for 15 mins - lower heat to 300 F and finish baking for another 20 mins. Let slightly cool before cutting.
