Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1 cup dryWhole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Flour, white, 0.5 cup Wheat bran, crude, 0.5 cup Oat Bran, 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1.25 tsp Baking Soda, 0.5 tspSalt, 0.25 tsp Milk, nonfat, 1 cupOrganic Fat Free Yogurt, Plain, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 largeVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix wet ingredients together
Mix everything together and pour by 1/3 cup on a hot grill and cook until bubbles come through on top and flip for another couple minutes
