Pumkin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup natural bran1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/4 almond flour (ground almond meal)1/2 cup Splenda6 tsp Brown Sugar Splenda Blend2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup raisins1 cup pure pumpkin puree2 eggs (unbeaten)1/4 cup canola oil 1/2 cup plain yogurt2 tbsp flax meal
Directions
In bowl, combine bran, flour, almond flour, Spenda, Brown sugar splenda blend, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt , flax meal and raisins.

In separate bowl whisk together eggs and yogurt. Then whisk in oil and finally pumpkin.

Fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined.

Spoon into muffin tins lined with papers (I sprayed mine with Pam because of the lower fat content). Bake at 400 F/200 C until firm (approx 20 -25 minutes). Makes 12 muffins.
