Applesauce oat berry muffins

Ingredients
1 cup quick rolled oats 1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup wheat bran 1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1 cup berries, frozen is fine2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1 egg1.5 cup 2% milk1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients well then stir in berries so the berries are coated in the dry mix.
Mix all wet ingredients well and add to the dry mix. Stir briefly, just to moisten. Spoon into greased muffin tin. 10 make nice rounded muffins, twelve will be smaller and flatter (nutritional info is calculated for 10).

Bake for ~25 minutes at 400F. Let cool in tin for 10 minutes then remove to a cooling rack.
