Ingredients
1/3 cup Smart Balance 50/50 Butter Blend1/2 cup sugar1 egg1/2 cup mashed ripe banana1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup all purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp baking soda6 ounces (3/4 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream butter and sugar together in a small bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, banana and vanilla.

In a medium bowl, Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add the butter-banana mixture to the flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Coat baking sheets with cooking spray and drop by tablespoonfuls at 2 inches apart Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
