Oats (old fashioned/quinoa/etc..), Goji Berries, Cacoa powder, cacoa nibs (optional), Bee pollen (optional), Stevia chocolate flavor, coconut water or almond milk... or Water. Soaked over night so it is ready to go and cold in the morning.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl... About 1 cup of total liquid... Almond milk, coconut water (optional). I prefer to leave mine in the fridge before I go to bed. When I wake in the morning it is ready to go. The oats, hemp seeds, and goji berries soak in the liquid. I will usually add a little bit more liquid in the morning to give it a better texture!
