Spiced Tiger Prawns

Ingredients
12 large raw peeled prawns (or whatever size pack you can get)a small knob of butter (10g)oil spraya few sprigs of fresh thyme1 level tsp cayenneground cinnamon4 cloves of garlic1/2 fresh red chilli1/2 a lemon
Directions
Put the grill (broiler) onto full whack.

Put the prawns in an oven proof pan with a good spray of olive oil, a knob of butter, a pinch of salt and pepper, a few sprigs of thyme, 1 level tsp of cayenne and a small pinch of cinnamon.

Crush in 4 cloves of garlic, then deseed 1/2 a chilli, slice and add to the pan with 1/2 a lemon. Toss and mix well, then put under the grill for 8 to 10 minutes, or until dark pink and slightly golden.

Once ready take out from under the grill and leave to sit until ready to serve.
