Tuna Wraps

Ingredients
Directions
4 oz of water packed tuna drained1 cup onion finely chopped1/2 cup green or red pepper finely chopped3 tbsp of light salad dressing3 whole wheat tortilla wraps3 cups lettucesalt and pepper to taste
Drain tuna well then add all of the ingredients except the lettuce.
Divide mixture into 3 portions and spoon over 3 tortilla wraps.
Add the lettuce and roll the ingredients inside of the wraps tucking one end under so ingredients stay inside.

My daughter rated this a 5. We're going to make a BIG batch and have it for lunch all week - a cup of tuna mixture and a cup of chopped lettuce for each wrap. My husband rated it a 4 and thought it would be better with double the tuna and a flour tortilla. Excellent meal for greatly needed fish!! - 5/3/09
