Weight Watcher Bread Pudding

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Weight Watcher Multi-Grain bread (2 slices), 3 serving (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 32 tsp (remove)Milk, nonfat, 2.25 cup (remove)OPTIONAL = 50 Cals per serv -Raisins, .5 cup (not packed) (remove)*Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)dash of salt
Directions
Wish eggs until beaten, add milk, spices... set aside.
CUT WW bread into cubes, place in individual Ramkins (6)

(if using raisins top each cup with 1/6th of the raisisn, will add 50 cal per serv)

Pour milk, egg mixture over top. Place the 6 ramkins in large pan filled to 1 inch depth with HOT water...

Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
