Turkey Cathatorre Stew

Ingredients
1/2 tsp Olive oil, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper, 1 tsp sesame seed (pref black), 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 can of diced tomato ( fresh summer and fall 1 tomato) add lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a med sauce pan. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper, saute for 2 min on medium heat till onions are slightly translucent. Add herbs and spices. Add can of diced tomatoes with water. Simmer for 10 then squese a section of lemon
