Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 180 grams (remove)Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 200 grams (remove)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 12 fl oz (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
Cook and drain pasta.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.Cook and stir onion and bell pepper until tender.
Combine egg sub., cheese, salt pepper, and cooked pasta in large bowl. Add veggies, spinach and turkey bacon. Spray 10 " quiche dish with cooking spray; pour mixture into dish. Bake @ 350 for 30 mins.
