Jessi's Pan-fried Tilapia

Ingredients
*Tilapia, 3.5 oz Italica Plus Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Vitamins A,D,E, 1/2 tbspGarlic, 1 small clove Parsley, dried, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Heat oil on medium
Throw in garlic and parsley
Separate the halves of the tilapia fillet
Toss tilapia into pan
Sear on each side covered until you've reached desired doneness
