Tender Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breastslemon-pepper seasoning1 tablespoon olive oil1 cup chicken broth
Directions
1. Generously apply lemon pepper seasoning to both sides of chicken. The more seasoning the intense the favor will be.
2. Heat oil in frying pan and sauté chicken on each side until nicely golden brown.
3. Transfer baking pan and add broth.
4. Cover tightly and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
