Ingredients
Oatmeal (Instant): 40gWheat Gluten: 25gEggs: 2Milk (low- or non-fat): 1/2 cupBaking soda: 1tsp
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pour in small cake pans to have three individual puddings. Cook for 25-30' until the puddings are slightly brown. Serve hot with maple syrup.
