3 Tablespoons Nayonnaise (soy mayonnaise)1/4 cup Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt2 6 oz. cans chunk light tuna, in water1/2 cup chopped dill pickles1/4 cup chopped water chestnut slices2 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard1 tbsp. Minced dried onionsBlack peppersalt
Boil two eggs, discard yolks and chop whites.
Chop dill pickles and water chestnuts. Mix into 2 cans of chunk light tuna, add 3 tablespoons soy mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsp. grey poupon mustard. Add salt, pepper, and minced dried onions to taste. Mix together and chill.
