Homemade vegetable beef soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat1 large onion1 green bell pepper2 large cans (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes2 cans (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes3 cans (15 oz. Vegall Mixed Vegetables1 can (12 oz) Green Giant Mexicorn1 can (15 oz.) No salt added green beans1 can (15 oz.) canned black eyed peas1 cup matchstick carrots
Directions
Brown 1/2 lbs. of beef stew meat with one large onion and one green bell pepper. After meat is browned, add in all canned tomatoes, beans and vegetables. Add matchstick carrots and cook until carrots are slightly tender.
